Before you spend on ads

A campaign sends people to a page. If the page is unclear, the spend is a louder version of the same problem.

Ads are a way to buy attention. They are not a substitute for an offer, a page, or a person who will answer.

Check these three things first

The page should say what is being offered in one reading. The form should work on a phone and create a lead the team can open. Someone should own the new enquiries before the first click arrives.

Measurement without personal data

Count visits, form starts, and completed enquiries. Keep names, email addresses, and phone numbers out of the analytics events. The lead desk is the record of who asked. Analytics is the record of what the page did.

Start smaller than the plan

A short run will show whether the page earns a conversation. Widening the spend before that is known mostly widens the invoice.
