Some projects on this site are worked examples. They are labelled that way. They are not promises of rankings, revenue, or a fixed timeline. A real timeline depends on scope, content, review, and the tools involved. Approved client work is published only when Digitimize has permission to show it.
What you send
Do not send unlawful material, misleading claims, or someone else's confidential information through the forms. Do not attempt to break, scan, or overload the site.
The site itself
The words, visual design, and code on this website belong to Digitimize unless a page says otherwise. You may share links. You may not copy the site and present it as another business.
Accounts
A desk or portal password is for the named person. Do not share a client login. An account that is misused can be suspended.
Liability
The site is operated as a working business website. Uninterrupted availability is not promised. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
Before a contract
These terms cover the public website. A paid engagement needs its own scope, price, and assumptions. Have that agreement reviewed for the countries involved.
