Refund Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

Because our work involves custom labor, time and third-party costs (such as ad spend, hosting or app fees), refunds are handled differently depending on the service and project stage.

1. Deposits

Project deposits secure your place in our schedule and cover initial planning and design work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, unless we fail to begin work within the agreed timeframe.

2. Work in progress

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date on a pro-rata basis; any remaining balance from advance payments will be refunded.

3. Completed deliverables

Once a website, campaign or deliverable has been completed, approved and handed off, payments for that milestone are final and non-refundable.

4. Advertising & ad spend

Management fees for Facebook Ads and Google Ads services are non-refundable once campaigns have been set up or launched, as this reflects labor already performed. Ad spend paid directly to Meta or Google is governed by their own policies and is not refundable through us.

5. Subscription-style services

For ongoing services billed monthly (such as social media management), you may cancel future billing at any time; the current billing period is non-refundable once work for that period has started.

6. How to request a refund

Send a written request to our contact email including your project or invoice reference. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
