Automation and lead handling

Lead generation from the website: a clear offer, a short form, and every enquiry owned in the desk.

The problem

Requests arrive in inboxes and chat apps, and nobody can say which ones are waiting.

What we do

Lead generation here means the page, the form, and the follow-up. Public forms write into one pipeline. The team assigns an owner, records the next step, and keeps notes next to the original message. Digitimize does not buy lead lists and does not invent how many people enquired.

What you receive

  • Quick enquiry, quote, and call forms
  • Pipeline statuses from new query to won or lost
  • Assignment, notes, and follow-up dates
  • A written map of what each connected tool is allowed to see
  • Proposal notes on the lead, when you are ready to send one

How it runs

Map where enquiries arrive today, connect the forms, agree the statuses, then run a test enquiry from the site to the desk.

What affects the timeline

The desk in this build is ready with the website. Extra tools, such as a calendar provider or WhatsApp API, are connected only after the account and the permission are real.

Questions

Does a WhatsApp link mean the chat is inside the CRM?

No. A wa.me link opens a chat. A full WhatsApp integration needs a compliant provider and is a later connection, not something this site pretends to have.

Will a score reject a lead automatically?

No. The score only helps the team sort the queue. It does not infer sensitive traits, and it never closes a lead by itself.
